KEA LABS/TRUST & RESPONSIBLE AI03 — STUDIO NOTES

TRUST & RESPONSIBLE AI

Intelligence needs
intention.

Useful AI starts with thoughtful questions—about information, people, limitations and the context in which a solution will be used.

01 / OUR APPROACH

Trust comes from
asking better questions.

Every project has a different context. We use these principles to guide discovery and design; project-specific safeguards, responsibilities and delivery commitments need to be defined together.

01

Be deliberate about data.

Identify what information a solution needs, who can access it and which systems process it. Agree on handling expectations before sensitive data is shared.

02

Keep people in the picture.

Define where human review matters. Make responsibilities and approval points clear, especially when AI output informs an important decision.

03

Make limitations visible.

AI can produce incorrect or incomplete answers. Discuss uncertainty, evaluation and the boundaries of the intended use rather than assuming every output is right.

04

Fit the approach to the context.

Review deployment, integrations and access needs for each engagement. Specific controls and commitments belong in the agreed project scope.

02 / BEFORE WE BUILD

Clear expectations.
A shared foundation.

Discovery is the place to surface requirements and agree on how the project should work.

Purpose & boundaries

Intended users, use cases and what the solution should not do.

Information & access

Data sources, permissions, providers and handling requirements.

Review & evaluation

Success criteria, testing approach and human approval points.

Delivery & ownership

Scope, responsibilities, deployment and support arrangements.

03 / A LITTLE MORE DETAIL

Clarity matters.

Do these principles mean the company holds a certification?

No. This page describes our approach to project discussions and design decisions. It does not claim a security certification, independent audit or blanket compliance status.

Can we discuss a particular deployment or data requirement?

Yes. Raise your requirements during discovery so we can assess feasibility, dependencies and delivery options. Hosting, model providers, access and retention should be agreed for the specific engagement.

What should we include in an initial email?

Please send a high-level description first. Keep credentials, personal records and confidential documents out of the initial inquiry. Agree on an appropriate sharing method before providing sensitive material.

How should we raise a concern?

Email hello@kealabs.ai to describe the concern at a high level. Do not include secrets, live credentials or personal data. We can discuss an appropriate channel for any additional details.
